How to get As cons plans for sewerage and drainage when council don't have them ?

    Hi,

    We currently live in a house we are about to demolish and build a new house. We are building the new home with Metricon and they have asked us for the follow on our property.

    • As-Constructed Plans – sewer and stormwater showing connection points and invert levels
    We have contacted Brisbane City Council who have replied with the following

    Thank you for your enquiry on 17/08/17 to Brisbane City Council.

    Unfortunately Brisbane City Council does not have any building plans available for your property as it was built prior to 1987.

    Does anyone know how we would go about getting the plans for Metricon ?

    You may need to get someone (plumber? Drainer?) to inspect and draw up the plans.

    We did get drainage plans from BCC (house built 1978) but pipes were in entirely different locations. We could not get house plans.
