On realestate website (or any others for that matter) how do I find out which agency has been renting out the most units/houses in a given suburb ?

Looking to rent out our property and want to shortlist someone who has had the mos success in a given suburb. If such data doesn't exist on realestate, how do I go about getting some information on this ?

The only way to find this out, it’s narrow the agency down to the best of 3 and monitor and observe. It’s not just about the quickest and shortest vacancy period it’s also getting an hood tenant. Any agency can rent quickly but it’s comes down to the best quality of tenant

    Dear Aussie B
Could also be 'how many hits'
Also perhaps have a look at who has the prettiest pictures.
    That is really important too!
    I hope this helps.

Not sure this is the best way to get what you want. Eg if you looked up some suburbs in Adelaide we might only have 2 in some but 20 in another so if you only saw the 2 would you write us off?

I guess it depends on your location? Country town maybe?
