Hi guys. There is a vacant site of land in Hoxton Park NSW 2171.

As far as I know there is just a telstra I think demountable office on it but no one has been there for years.

I'm guessing when Hoxton Park was being built up years ago the telstra guys needed a portable base to work out of?

I've had a look on google maps and there is no lot or number designated, looking at surrounding home numbers it's number is missing.

I also had a look on rpdata pro, and the number that fills the void above from Google maps doesn't appear.

How would one locate the owner of the land if I was looking to buy it and build a dwelling on it?

    Cheers

    Update

It's owned by Australian Telecommunication Corporation. Is that telstra?

One in the same, and Telstra is easier to write and more marketable

They aren't going to sell it. Probably landbanked for a phone tower, exchange, FAN site or intergalactic hub.

Do a Dial before you dig search on the block and you'll discover the services that have been run into the shed.
