How to find a good building inspector WA

    How do I go about finding a good building inspector?
    Is it best to use ex builders that have moved over to inspections or is it not Important ?
    What else do you look for?
    I need one for south of Perth..
    Any recommendations. ?

    I would most definitely check credentials of any building inspector that you engage. There are bricklayers out there that have decided to get off the tools and become a building inspector. It is quite unregulated, so try and find someone that is an actual registered builder with sufficient industry experience and knowledge to provide a thorough inspection of an entire home.

    Hi Jess, would you still recommend him?
    Or are there other B&P inspectors as well who would get your vote of confidence?
    Looking for a certified builder who can cover a 4 Bed 2 Bath prop with Pool for building & pest inspection in Perth SOR - Leeming/Bull creek area.

    Would appreciate your inputs.. thanks.
