I am pretty sure you are entitled to quiet enjoyment.
Not sure if Legal aid could help you, but it might be worth asking?
    Do not give up!
    I hope this helps.

Either be a doormat and hope to avoid the worst or their wrath or take action and hope to get them kicked out. You can't mix and match, sorry!

Edit: Also, you said you've taken it up with the police already???

    Write down everything that 'happens'.
    Keep a diary eg.
    1. 6 Dec window broken .
Rock on kitchen floor.arrived home 8 pm.
2.Threat to damage garbage bin. 6pm Friday. spoken by XXX neighbour.
You may need to build up a' picture' about these people.
Do make sure you are enjoying your life in other domains!
    I hope this helps.

just wondering what they could be charged with.
    "not being nice" ?
"not agreeing to place garbage bin in different spot" ?
    "complaining about dog barking" ?

have they actually done anything criminal or are they just low class bogans.

    (cautiously awaiting @datto 's reply)

Send me a PM if you'd like me to look it up on RPData, you'll either find out if they're owners or tenants at least. If they've been there a few years there's probably not much advertising online.

Will you be able to find the landlord as well?

They’ve broken my window. Cut my plants down on the side of my fence which did not obstruct their views in anyway

Yes I have taken it up with the police but the most they’ve done is issue a warning which to these people just go through one ear and out the other

Let the landlord know about these concerns. Sounds like a total nightmare. If it was me I'd have to move, life's too short to deal with people like that.

Generally it only provides a surname for ownership and no contact details. You will be better off contacting the property manager who has direct contact with the tenants.

    I'm not ruling anything out.

I'm trying to build a profile of the all parties involved and then establish whether an olive branch should be extended.

Who knows, before long both parties could reconcile, maybe forgive and forget, a barbie on a Saturday arvo, mowing their lawn etc etc.

I think that they run a scorched Earth policy, cut back the bushes, no chance of cutting the lawn.

Are other neighbours copping the same treatment?

Are you having trouble with any other neighbour?

    Do you live in Wentworthville?

I suggest you move your bin to your own side of the driveway.
Don't complain about their dogs and they won't complain about yours.
Understand that if your plants grow over the fence line, they are entitled to cut the branches And throw them back onto your property, no probs. Either plant narrow and tall or don't plant so close to the fence.
Stop trying to get them evicted - that's harrassment. They are entitled to quiet enjoyment too. Who is the victim here?
Clearly, the police, the PM and the landlord do not agree with you.
