How to establish moving averages

    Would anyone be able to explain how to work out the all ordinaries 10 year moving average?
    I have drawn a blank and feel like I’m staring at a blank screen when trying to work out the ‘fear and greed index’.
    Alternatively would anyone be able to explain to me how to continue the fear and greed index using today’s data.
    My next move will be to reach out to Ashley Owen/Ormond!
