Where whatever you want and if asked just say you work for the buyer?
I have known of landlords who pretend to be tradespeople at their properties. Tenant has no idea as leases give you landlord's name but not his/her face.

    Manners maketh the man.

Dress respectfully for the audience and be respectful and polite. You wouldnt rock up to a board meeting wearing board shorts and thongs even if it was a surf brand and so dont rock up to a site meeting wearing a three piece suit and bow tie. Somewhere in the middle will be fine.

A tradie can be wearing flouro and dazzle with poilite charm. Or dress like a dick and drive a Audi squealing tyres as they leave and be very unimpressive. Smoking, eating food while talking and bragging. Or be polite, apologise for the attire (as its been a very busy day) and be prepared and understated.

Mud coated boots to an office wont impress but if I was renting out a commercial unit and a owner of a plumbing co rocks up in work gear I wouldnt have a concern.
