    Hi,

Currently look to purchase an out of state rental property and trying to think of the factors to consider.

Does anyone have a good way to find out the below statistics of a given suburb.
    - Crime levels
    - Housing commision areas
    - owner occupied vs rented stats

I have read about "RipeHouse" for $169/qtr although would prefer something free for the early stages.

    Thanks in advance,

    Adam

Shame in Australia we don't have access to more info on one site, in US is quite remarkable they even disclose the number of sex offenders in each suburb.... everything you need to know
