Windscreen got smashed last night parking in the "secure" car park in the apartment complex. Has anyone had this happened before?

Yep - when we owned a high rise apartment in southbank (Melb) cars were actually getting stolen out of the "secure" car park!!

Nah, bro left a branded handbag at rear seat, thinking it's safe in a complex, but it was smashed using a fire extinguisher and bag got taken.

What's your bro doing with a manbag?

Even crims live in good neighbourhoods.

Old neighbour had his car stolen from a double-security-gated complex on the lower north shore. Carpark was promptly upgraded with security cameras to deter further incidents, but only so much you can do with simple open car spaces.

My next place had separate lock-up garages for each lot :)
