How often do you do termite inspections?

    Just interested as to whether people arrange termite inspections on a regular basis, and if so, what's the gap between inspections?

    We generally get our pest chappie to check our IPs once a year.

    NSW and ACT we don't do because or the type of properties.

    Forgot about PPOR.
    Don't get that checked as the little buggers got nothing to eat here... Unless they want to get chipped teeth and sore gums.

    Australian Standards recommend minimum Annual inspections dependent on historic activity levels.

    I get my termites inspected every 15,000km or 9 months - regular servicing of my termites keeps them running smoothly.
