    The room with the huge beams is amazing. It looks like Alcatraz. Whoever did that in 1972(?) was ahead of their time.

    And you can get 3 rents from it. My nothing special ex-PPOR in middle ring Sydney for more...

    I've just had another thought. 2 1 bedroom units in Sydney (600k each) would comfortably sell for that much or more. Mind blown...
