How much should a ‘current market valuation’ cost ?

    Asked for a current market value from a big company in melbourne for my ~ $1.5m house. They quoted $650. Is this reasonable ?

    note: this is not for finance purposes so I can’t just ask the bank to get one done for me at their cost.
