how much is a building permit..... roughly

    Hi

    After a ball park figure for a building permit....

    4 townhouses - (construction value 1.2 - 1.4 million)

    Council have not been helpful. Thus hoping for a ball park

    is it normally just a couple of thousand dollars.... or more....?

    Just got a building permit at the start of this year for a second dwelling in the south east of Melbourne.

    Cost around 5k, hope that helps :)
