What budget do you have in mind and the size of extension and people here might able to tell you if doable?

 

Forgot to add the only cost savings would be if you have good mates as builders or tradies or you're lucky to find ethical builders IME

so how do i find out per square meter how much it would cost or an average/small bathroom added on how much it would cost in the vicinity of
