    Just create a survey for land tax payment. My one is $3500pa.

    Exclude much of inner Sydney - where the UCV exceeds $1m.

    Many avoid paying any land tax or extensively minimise it by ensuring their portfolio spans more than one state, choice of structure or even structuring with spouses and others. Others now pay far more if they arent citizens (but are PRs) or some who depart the country.

    Was paying about $2k across my Sydney-only portfolio. Made one a PPOR which should bring me under the threshold assuming land value doesn't keep skyrocketing...
