Five properties across Perth & Brisbane to hit $1Mil. That was from 2000 to 2003.

Awesome, the 1st 10! Mine will be 4 to put me over I think, I'm probably the last of my kind.
Would you mind telling us how much the $67k one is worth now?

I like the cheapies! That's still about 3x what you paid for it.

If you count PPOR then 1 - but voted two for the next two IPs as this is an investing forum.

Yeah, probably should have made a note on the OP to say counting IPs only.

My all time favourite movie. I figured after 11 years it was time for a new moniker :)

I just watched 'A Football Life' with Mean Joe Greene, it had the scene from number 2 were the big scary black dude turns over Buford T Justice's car. Craptacular!

I have 3 properties total. All around the 500k but the first 1 was mid 4's so took me 3 to reach 1mil.

Purchase cost of my PPOR (2013/14) and first IP (2015) total approx $1.075mill. Valuation of the two would be sitting at around $1.4mill to $1.5mill ( mainly due to the boom in Sydney lifting my PPOR value ).

    1. 2007 = $197K now conservatively $450K
    2. 2010 = $360K now approx. $420K (too exy for me, this one)
    3. 2015 = $148K needs a good makeover to bring it to $240K

    So maybe property #4.

    PPOR 952k
    IP1 360k
    IP2 400k
    IP3 249k
    IP4 335k
    IP5 251.75k
    IP6 238k
    IP7 280k
    IP8 360k
    IP9 318k

So 2 if you include PPOR, 3 if you don't.
