Cba are taking forever for finance. It's been 17 days and my finance clause was for 21 days.

I've been able to find a better rate and overall deal with NAB, but I'm wondering how long it will take to get that through?

Any chance of getting finance through in 4 days for any lender?

That's a long time - but they aren't the quickest at the moment. If you've had to supply extra supporting docs it can get long - get your broker to escalate it for you.

That said, assuming it's not a marginal deal you've still got 4 days so don't stress too much.

Can only assume 17 days if you're using a broker. If it was direct through the bank it shouldn't take more than 2 days, 3-4 at most - unless there was an issue you're not being told about.
