    Thats great to hear!

    Detroit has had a lot of money thrown at it over the last couple of years. It still has some areas that need rebuilding (as does many areas in the US)

    I have been investing in the US for over 5 years and have been focusing my investments in Cleveland, Ohio. A great rental area that brings in solid CAP% of 8-12%.

    Have you invested in other areas apart from Detroit?

    Entry price point for a solid 3 bed 2 bath Turnkey is around the 50 - 70k mark. Bringing in $1000 per month.

    Taxes are between 900-1600 per year. This are in B & C Areas.
