How hard is it to pull ads off realestate.com.au when they're under offer or sold? It's pretty prevalent over in good ol' Eliz and the agents just keep leaving the ads online. It wastes their time replying and certainly waste my time inquiring.

    It is easy.

However the under offer the REA shouldn't take off incase the deal falls through as there is a relisting fee which either the vendor (highly unlikely will pay again) or the agency will need to pay.

The sold ones could be them looking to sell you a different property but think of it similar to Ebay listings that is how easy/hard it is.

Once on the web, always on the web. (Until the agent archives it).

I don't have a problem with them leaving on in the interweb saying under contract/offer/sold/more sellers needed ring now 1800-iamanidiot etc etc as long as it is indicated to me they're gone. Grrrrrr.
