Radiated power from a conductor carrying a voltage is related by the inverse square rule, ie when you double the distance, the radiated energy is decreased down to a quarter etc. So think for a moment, 50or 110KV at a distance of 200m versus a 240V power cable running horizontally in the wall of your bedroom, right behind your bedhead where you head is for ~8hrs per day at a distance of 30cm..... it'd be pretty easy to guess which one would induce more energy/radiation into the persons head/body......?
