How does it really take a builder to construct a duplex?

    I was going to recommend a builder, however it is unlikely they cover that area.

    I need to start hunting builders for western sydney build (plans are just about to be submitted to council)

    My builder might not be ideal if you already have your own plans. They are a custom builder and prefer to use plans created by their contract designers.
