Just thought this might be an interesting thread/poll. I know most of us here invest in property or have some connection to it, but how do we actually see ourselves? Please choose the best option that describes how you see yourself (career wise) best . Apologies as I am sure I will miss some.
    Cheers :)

Regarding property, I'm just a plain old property investor.
However, your asking how we see ourselves career wise, and that would be as an entrepreneur.
This would not be related to property though, completely separate things although they supplement each other well.

I'd guess many members here would consider their profession as how they consider their career to be, of which there would be too many to list on a poll.

I'm a real estate agent (formerly, but still hold a triennial) and currently work managing a new homes brand with a project building group. Aspiring developer, currently only have couple investment properties that I've built. In the process of subsiding PPOR to build new OO at rear and sell front property.

Given the number and nature of our properties, even though we are obviously property investors, I identified myself as a property manager. Managing leases, tenant queries, advertising, meeting potential tenants for viewings, etc, takes up by far the majority of my property-related time.

Investor/Renovator. This should be a tick box poll.
