My PPOR was last valued 3 years ago when I took out loans to buy two IPs. The banks did these valuations.

Everyone harps on about buying again when you have gained more equity. How do I know what they're all worth now? I know this might be a dumb question, but there's only one way to learn.

You value it against comparable sales in the area.

Or just get someone with corelogic subscription to do it for you.
