    SQM Research has it by postcode, while the back of the Australian Property Investor, Smart Property Investment and Your Investment Property magazines have them for each suburb.

    I wish SQM would split vacancies by house or unit. Sometimes oversupply of units will blow out the vacancy rates for suburbs
