How do i register for GST

    Hi

    I'm stuck on the ATO merry go round website - have followed all their prompts regarding registering for gst.
    My little small business - I have my ABN and mygov and RAM all linked - I have access to the ATO business portal.
    Yet for the life of me there is nowhere listed within the protal - or link - to register for GST - Can someone shed any light on this...... I'll try and call and hang on hold again for an hr :(

    ask your accountant to do it on the tax agent portal. takes about 10 minutes via the portal.

    Once logged in check taxpayer details and registrations. Add a tax type - GST. Simple process.
