    just saying.
    didnt take anything way from his success.. 40m in net worth or 40m worth or property, pretty damn good at 29 or at 92.

    I suspect with those corporate roles he would've built a great network of contacts that were able to help him navigate how to fund his projects.

    There certainly is much more to his story ........... he went in too big too soon and now has nothing to show for it .. liquidation ...only a lot of close friends and acquaintances who were lured into funding his projects and never to see their investment fruition. Love quote “I look forward to being able to give back”. Really ... what about your investors ....

    Is this a phoenix type situation where the owners get to keep their money, or does this mean he would be bankrupt as well?
    It's a shame, I always respect people that work hard and are prepared to take calculated risk, hope it ends well.
