How can I find out my unimproved land value (QLD / BCC)?

    It's for a property I just purchased so I haven't received anything from the council yet. What options do I have for getting this without having to pay?

    you can always get a copy of rate notice or call valuer General office

    Your convyncer may have copy of rate notice..... may be get a copy of them.

    answer to your second question: not sure.. most likely YES
