Is there a specific one of these for Qld and Vic like the first link? Second link is done by LGA so it's really general..

How does being advantaged or disadvantaged influence the house prices? Should we expect a bigger fall in the disadvantaged areas?

Can't say that I can rattle off too many areas of disadvantage with high house prices (if you take out housoes from Sydney cbd, Wooloomooloo, Potts Point etc.

Suburbs with hipster value will also have tattoo parlours. Places like Bondi as well

Heaps in Newcastle. I think I'm the only 30 year old with a beard without a tattoo.

Definitely not just a bogan thing anymore. Not for me but each to their own.

Higher chance of mortgagee sales when rates rise maybe in the more disadvantaged areas?

Higher chance in areas of mortgage stress - aspirational suburbs (including those on the NAB hit list).

Do a staffy count around the suburb. Peek over fences if you have to. If you see two or more staffys in a yard you're in bogan territory!

People who are in their active wear but do not look like they spend anytime at the gym at all. I think joggers should be banned from wearing outside the home or gym.

Tattoo shops probably relate to bikie numbers in the area and their strong hold in each region. Probably doesn't work with number of bogans in an area so much just highlights money laundering and drug sales

Damn. I just got back from a 13k morning jog. Outdoors.

Should I have gone in brogues, loafers or wing tips instead of my joggers?
