How bad is Brisbane apartment oversupply issue?

    Hey all, I think oversupply of apartments is the last hurdle for a boom Brisbane as it drags down rent and demand across the city. I think there will be no big boom unless the oversupply dries up since its a simple matter of supply vs demand.

    Does anyone have any hard statistics about the apartment oversupply issues and when will it be fully absorbed base on a realistic population projection, building approvals and construction trend? What's the on ground observation?
