How Accurate are the AirBnB Estimates?

    So AirBnB will give you an estimate, based on location and number of guests. Its based on 15 days a month at the average rate. Is that going to be a fair approximation?
    How else should I estimate potential gross revenue?

    Take a look at all the like for like properties in your area. Look at their booking calendars to estimate occupancy, and look at what they charge. That will probably give you a more accurate guide

    You need to do your own estimates based on comparable properties and how well they do. I wouldn't use any of the airbnb automated numbers.
