    No idea sorry - 15 years since I have lived near there. Back then the newer houses near the beach were 500k plus on a standard size block. This being on 10 hectares with those sort of views and location would certainly be way out of my league!

    Hey Linda, here is one that I was looking at about the same time you went unconditional on yours. Remember I said I loved sandstone? It has a similar facade to yours. Ah...and the vineyard...could have hosted PC meetups with an open cellar door for the wine lovers.

    Beautiful! And gorgeous land too. For that price it looks like a very nice buy, considering I have a colleague paying about $800k for a new house on around 400sqm of land in Penrith.
    I can imagine it would make an incredible wedding venue. :)
