House's concrete slab corner is exposed, dirt was removed - how can I fix it?

    You're meant to drill a hole through the concrete slab and the run the conduit underground, those metal covers are designed for wall mounting only and require a cover on top, that's lazy and dodgy as.
    P.S. If you use a proper coredrill for concrete, I very doubt it will crack the concrete.
