    Hi
Has anyone attempted a house-slide in Perth? Value add idea being, purchase sub-dividable block with fibro house(in reasonable condition) slide to back of property and divide.
My thoughts were that it would suit infill suburbs so location dependant.
Saves waste to landfill if house ok to use so good for environment.
Obviously specialist skills and equipment required..
    Thanks in advance
    LG

Well it sounds similar to a normal retain and subdivide, except with the extra hassle and cost of having to move the house. It would be better to just find a site where you could subdivide without the house in the way.

Yes I have considered before but if I remember correctly the asbestos needs to be replaced with non-asbestos if you move it. Then theres the plumbing and electrical costs. So you may want to check with council first if asbestos will need to be replaced if relocated on property.

Yes thatbum that's right. Just thinking of the house that you gain(apart from 'house-slide' costs)
