Covid 19 seems to be taking a hit in the economy. People are losing there jobs etc.

Do you think house prices will drop dramatically because of this ?

And which state would suffer most ? Any predictions ? Or will it just happen country wide you think ?
    Cheers

Australia has the world's 2nd largest debt fuelled housing bubble, so It would be naive to think there is not some pain ahead.
Most of the debt is concentrated in Sydney and Melbourne.
