    Would you buy something like this? Bit too recently renovated from add value point of view, and the lot is not a large one.

    Also just curious about this one

    174 Troughton Road, Coopers Plains QLD 4108 | Domain

    they mention in passing dual occ. There doesn't appear to be a separate entry. Is it just plain agent BS in the hope that.. what, an investor won't bother checking? Or just gotta break a wall and put a stairs to upper level. Looks strange.

    Sunny bank hills one seems OK. Joe's nearby for a burger. Banoon is good station. Fire Station? Why does that matter?
