    Hi everyone,

    I've got several subdivided blocks of land around 200sqm in size around the Joondalup/Connolly area. Looking to do some house and land packages to help reach a larger market of buyers and also planning to build on a couple of the blocks.

    Any recommendations for builders that potentially have large market share or a large enough internal referral system? Some that comes to my mind are Aveling, 101 residential/Ben Trager, Invogue.

    Hi @iDex , it all depends what you’re been looking for and what’s important to you.

    I’ve worked across a number of different builders in Perth for the past 15yrs.
