Mask it by lighting patchouli candles for the inspections :D

    Or

Tell the prospective buyers that it is the smell of the new hemp based rugs.

There are these types of humidifier/ air purifiers you can rent. About $500/ day and you need two days I think but it will totally rid any smell. I’ll find out what they’re called and post.

Tagging. I have some Indian people living in one of my IP's and I'm going to need this when they're gone.

Thanks for that! I was once told there was some oil / scent you could use to offset the smell but I never believed it would actually work. This sounds way more likely to have an impact.

It appears to be the cooking ingredients some people use and store in the house. He used some cleaning products for inside the cupboards.

Is this a Police seized property or from the.public trustee..
When one looks at the World Health Organisation recommended maximum exposure to participate matter is 20 to 30 micrograms of particles less then 2-5 micrometres across per cubic metre of air..
Must have been a massive grow house to still be in the air..

Yes, same as nicotine. I had a tenant who lived in a property for 7 years a chain smoker. We got rid of this with just repainting
