    All you can perhaps do is look up their ABN or ACN on ASIC and see what that comes up with.

    Otherwise google. But with a fairly generic name it will be difficult to get good search results.

    If they have their own website, you can do a Whois search as well.

    @Ej
    Thanks ej89 and wombat777, you guys are really big assets to this forum.

    Unfortunately there is nothing left in/around
    Cudgegong Road Station as the agent who is offering us a lot is being released from some other buyer who no longer want to hold it.

    My family is also thinking would it be better investment to go bit further in riverstone for similar prop or 100k less?

    This looks like it is the developer. 144 Tallawong Road is their Orchid-2 Project
    Most of the info is in Chinese. I'm assuming that they are pitching heavily to the Chinese community (here and overseas). You may need to ask around the Chinese community to see what they are like.

    Ah. The plot thickens. Perhaps an offshore buyer that couldn't get finance. Might give you some bargaining power with the developer, although no doubt they will have plenty of other local buyers lining up trying to get close to the station.

    Don't buy a package off anyone..they add a massive margin on packages..
    What you want is to buy land, even if it's irregular, and get yourself a builder for it

    They seem to be more like a passive equity partner from looking at the projects they've got.

    If you look at the interactive map, it indicates they have a stake in some well known projects;

    -Mirvac- marrick & co at marrickville, pavillons at syd olympic park
    - Crown-V at Parramatta, infinity at zetland, Oasis at ashfield
    - Lateral estate- Skyhaus at liverpool

    Thanks, can you please help to elaborate mpre on what margin on package you mean? Just some example for our understanding.

    400k will get u 300sqm in Riverstone and Box Hill right now. U can build 230k 4 bed house for 630k.

    Packaged up would be 680k now at best. Builders will add their margin because they don't own the land so they make extra profit through the build.. if you find land and go to a builder its way cheaper.. interstate is a bit different but in Sydney don't do packages unless its same price as getting your land and finding builder

    Buy the land yourself, then find a builder to build on that land for you.

    Don't buy both the land and building from the one business. They'll add a hefty margin which you can avoid if you separate out the two purchases.

    I'm currently selling H+L packages from $660k+ (3/2/1) with total land size from 232m2 (136m2 internals) within mins of Riverstone station (around Garfield Rd East) so if you can get do it yourself you'll save a fair bit!

    Hi. Wondering if you anybody has experience on this builder Noble Group? i also could not find any reviews for them so far. Although they appear to be in the business since 2013. Cheers!

    They score fortune in the building cost.
    We almost decided to buy but opened eyes on time after bit of market research
