What's the bet that the best growth is in none of the above? As per most predictions!

Woolloongabba is almost a cheat. Houses are going to be smashing records as developers selectively buy what they can develop and apartment medians will fly up because most of the stuff transacting in brand spanking new.

Interesting to see what happens. I think his Sydney picks are pretty reasonable.

Of course, the places that do the best won't be on the list. No one ever nails this stuff.

@MTR, hope you do dig up the thread.

And these are the suburbs that he has been buying in as a BA and now wants to increase sales/prices so he can show his clients the equity they have made..?

I'd be a happy client if my BA was able to do that.

Now the statistics wouldn't lie? The median price is on the up and up (why ruin a good storywith relevant facts)?

I reckon Peter Koulizous just picks anything he identifies as gentrifrying or having gentrification potential.

Peter chooses these same suburbs virtually every year. Check his book from 2009, I think every single one of those suburbs is already listed.....

Better than that tosser Terry Ryder who changes his mind like the wind - one month something is a hotspot, then the following month is a no-go !!
