    I just came across this property and am interested at the Price 89K for a 1300 Sqm land.
    Apparently, it had a DA approved for a 6 Unit block and it had expired.

    29 & 31 Elizabeth Street, Horsham, Vic 3400

    Realistically a 2-bed unit would achieve 250 pwk.
    Times 6. 1500 pwk in Free cashflow, pretty decent affair.

    Reviving it should be fairly easy?
