    Hi! Newbie here and very excited to read all your very informative posts! Im a nurse and own a quaint (very small according to Aussie standards ) house (on mortgage) in Clyde North with hubby. Wanting to buy an investment property soon using our equity but still trying to figure things out. Excited to post all my queries! See u around!
