Saw some coverage on Homeground Property Management <Link> on the TV and was wondering if anyone here has used them?

Interesting point of difference for those with a social conscience is they have an ATO class ruling which allows them to provide a donation receipt if they lease your property out below market value. They are also a not for profit.

I was thinking for properties targeting low socio-economic tenants, would this have a similar effect as NRAS in securing the better low socio-economic tenants as they would want to keep the renting a place for less than market rent so provide better upkeep etc.

    Thoughts?

Yes, it was an interesting story and would be good to understand what foundations must be set up to claim the ATO rulings.
