    It definitely needs a topic of its own. A suburb where until not too long ago the highest price would be around the 700k has now easily broken the 1 million mark

    No..I was watching cnbc and a ceo was on the show talking about ideal temperatures for their beer and it was 32.

    it could be 42 as well..my attention was distracted. yes,32 sounds too cold. i still couldnt believe a suggestion that paramatta is going to be bigger than sydney CBD...

    Try accessing PC without being logged in. Ps. I think the Mt Druitt region can have its own subforum. It's only one of the few affordable places in Sydney to buy freestanding homes... and with the new FHB under 650k policy stamp duty waiver.... well....
    PS. I'm not saying anybody should buy there right now though.
