Counted the calories and I'd guess less than 10 per dumpling. Cabbage, mushrooms, tofu , tunip and some soya sauce , garlic powder and chili. OK they ain't pretty but I tried..My MIL walked in and saw them and was horrified at how 'messy' they looked and decided to take over. Win-win.

Just chop up the ingredients mentioned above and saute till its cooked. Add flavoring. I like to add chili, garlic powder, soya sauce and a little vinegar. You can add whatever flavour u like really. Then when cooked, use the dumpling skin ( packet below or similar) and add the filing in. Small amounts. Then close them and pinch the sides. Freeze them. Then when you want to eat, you can boil them or pan fry them. It's quite delicious really. btw you can put prices of meaty products in it but i stick to the vegies. :)

    Haha no I doubt it.
Will do. Spoke to @DaveM (top bloke) awhile ago about opportunities/BA service and he had a wealth of info. We just chose to buy more in Brissy but I'm itching for Perth and SA.

I made them once @Xenia. I used σουβλάκια inside. They were ok. But my favorite is still prawn. :D

That’s funny George, somehow all my attempts of Asian cooking end up having a Greek influence too.

Probably best I cook Greek food and go out for Asian food

Agreed! Or maybe when you come to Sydney we can go to Leo's and he can cook us some authentic Asian food?:p
