    46% of that was refinancing. Low rate fixed term loans ?
    The newly erected and newly construction seems on par with the refinance. With first home buyers being a part of it.

    ScoMo and Josh will like this data but the Vic lockdown wont be helping this to be sustained. The leadtime from initiation to settlement is around 40-60 days so the Vic lockdown isnt really in this data.
