    If at the time of submission the property isn't on the register (which this specific property location isn't) then there are no restrictions.

    Westpac and St George keep a record of the properties they approve in the building and update the spreadsheet regularly. Once they have hit their quota or realise there is an issue with the building (such as student accomodation building) then they will add it onto the register.

    Its very rare that an OTP is going to be added onto the register until people start applying for loans, valuations are done and the lender hits their threshold for units financed in the building.
