    Hey guys.

    My wife and I are thinking of extending our home. We are deciding on having an extra living bedroom with robe and ensuite. And double garage. What price would we be looking at??? I think all up would be an extra 80sqm.

    Is it worth doing????

    My input would be from a planning aspect. Does it look like you can meet all the planning controls so that you will have a smooth passage (not too costly) though council? Will your proposed FSR, site coverage, setbacks, landscape area, private open space etc be compliant?
