    Hey old friends!

    So, life is good in Madrid and I'm completely out of touch with property cycles and prices in Oz. I knew Sydney had been booming for a few years but hadn't really looked closely at prices until the last few days.

    Holy sh*tballs! It's mental down there!

    Looks like we're going to have to make a fortune over here before we can afford to come back. Or wait for that mythical correction that the doomsdayers have been waiting for for the last 3 cycles.

    Congrats to everyone who's done well out of this cycle :)
