    Yeah i think buying a TH for that price in that area is crazy tbh.

    I like that Holland Park and Holland Park West repeatedly become too expensive and people go to the next suburb along - Mt Gravatt East.

    It is a good location, Tarragindi on the other side is good too. Easy to get around.
