Hobart property management recommendation?

    Hello,

    Just wondering if anyone can recommend a reliable and well-priced property management agency in Hobart. About to buy my first investment property so keen to hear people's experiences.

    Any info on how much I can expect to pay (per month? year?) and any specific questions I should be asking the agency before contracting them to rent my property.

    Will be sub-$450,000 if that makes any difference.

    I have found some old figures – not sure if they are current though.

    And no recommendations at this stage.
